Governance
Fund for the Global Fund (FGF) is governed by a Board of Directors, that meets – at minima – twice a year. The Board oversees FGF’s strategy and activities and ensures that the Funds are effectively managed and allocated. All Board members, except Global Fund members, serve in their personal capacity. FGF’s daily operations are overseen by a lean Secretariat.
